Meet Dr. Andrew S. Deutch

Dr. Andrew DeutchDr. Andrew S. Deutch was born and raised in New York, NY. He attended Union College in Schenectady, NY, and graduated Cum Laude with a B.S in Biology. After graduating college, Dr. Deutch obtained his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the State University of New York at Buffalo. While receiving his degree, Dr. Deutch minored in Periodontology and Prosthodontics, and received thesis honors for his extensive research on bacterial interactions within oral biofilms. Dr. Andrew Deutch then completed his post-doctorate General Practice Residency which provided extensive training in the many sub-specialties of Dentistry such as Implant, Cosmetic, General and Oral surgery, for both adults and children, at New York Presbyterian- Weill Cornell Medical Center.  While at NYP-Cornell Weill Dr. Deutch also rotated through Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and treated oncology patients undergoing: radiation therapy, chemotherapy and head and neck surgery.

Dr. Andrew Deutch continues his dental education through participation with the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Society, New York County Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, as well as many others.  Dr. Andrew Deutch also maintains his affiliation with New York Presbyterian Hospital where he volunteers as a part time clinical attending.
